AUGUST 2023 ZODIAC SIGN PREDICTIONS

The energies this month are really heating up as many people can feel there is something in the air that is going to break through at any moment. They are right! This month begins some challenging planetary combinations that will carry us through the next few months. While I say challenging, I mean challenging for some but not for others. It depends on which side of the fence you are sitting on.

August begins day 1 with a Full Moon in Capricorn and the Sun in Cancer. Venus Retrograde in Leo joining Mercury and Mars. This forms a YOD with Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces. Saturn is at the midpoint of this YOD.

On the 7th of August, Venus will retrograde into the sign of Cancer. Past relationships or issues from past relationships will surface and need to be addressed. There is a New Moon in Cancer on the 16th and then on the 17th the Sun will move into Leo. Mars will enter Virgo on the 18th forming another YOD with Saturn in Aquarius and Jupiter, Rahu, and Uranus in Aries. Neptune is at the midpoint of this YOD. Finally, on the 24th Mercury will turn retrograde in the sign of Leo.

ARIES

You will find people coming to you for advice and guidance. You will be able to help them. Home and security will be a place for you to rejuvenate. Children will be a major focus. Take care of your health because workplace issues will become challenging especially as it relates to employees.

What the heck is going on with your friends? You may see them having to deal with major issues and will be seeking your council. Issues that have been hidden will start to come to light.

TAURUS

You will begin to understand the issues you have been having with siblings. That feeling of wanting to move is really starting to get stronger and you will want to take action. There can be discord in the home. A restructuring at work is taking place and bringing some uncertainty. Friends or an older sibling will be having a hard time.

Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing. You will be feeling very intelligent and will find a new ability to do math.

GEMINI

Finances are a main concern especially at the beginning of the month. Don't worry though because you will be able to straighten them out later in the month. Communication skills will be heightened and it's a good time to start writing that book. Short distance travels will prove fruitful.

This is not the time for long distance travels however. Be on the lookout for gurus or spiritual teachers who could lead you astray. New insights will come to you involving your career.

CANCER

You are feeling strong and vital. Keep exercising and taking good care of yourself. Finances are a major issue as you start to look at them with new eyes. Restructure your financial plan! You will begin to understand issues from past relationships and will grow from these realizations. Money received from others will start to diminish but that's okay because you are becoming more independent.

Beware of gurus! Remember, you know best. Problems with younger siblings and neighbors can surface so stay clear and be alert.

LEO

We know you have been having major issues with relationships or business partners and now it has escalated to a crescendo. You feel like you have stepped into La La Land and you are not sure how it got this far. It is time to distance yourself from the crazy and take good care of you and your needs. You will have the energy to do so more towards the end of the month. There can be unexpected expenditures as you settle out your affairs. Remember, you deserve better and you will find it by taking care of yourself!

VIRGO

A friend from the past will reconnect with you. You will have moments when you have a lot of energy but then feel tired at other times. Be careful not to get too carried away and be impulsive as this could cause accidents particularly to the head. Sleep may be disturbed as you think about issues from the past. Deal with them now as they can hold you back.

Take good care of your health and don't let anything unusual go unchecked.

LIBRA

Money will be coming in from you career but may not come the way you expect it to. The career will be a major focus. There will be tensions with friends or even older siblings. They could be going through a hard time so try to have patience when dealing with them. Be acutely aware of your surroundings as enemies could be lurking there and protect all of you online information. This is not the time to be a dare-devil.

There will be frustration regarding added responsibilities with children. This will pass.

SCORPIO

Female teachers will give you new insights and ways of thinking about life. You could even re-connect with a female teacher from the past. You will succeed in your career but be careful as jealousies from friends and coworkers will arise. Don't share any personal information as to avoid backstabbing so be on the lookout. Friends may not be what they appear to be. Older siblings will have a hard time.

Frustrating repairs will need to be done on your house. The contractors might not show or do the wrong thing. You might want to move but this won't bring much comfort either. Not to worry though as this energy is short lived.

SAGITTARIUS

Either a relationship from the past will resurface or you will be dealing with issues from past relationships. It's time to deal with them. Watch your spending and be sure to develop a budget and stick to it. There will be frustration involving money you receive from others. An unexpected trip to foreign lands will not be productive. Be aware of people trying to dominate or control the way you think. Sometimes it is hard to accept the truth. Listen to your inner guidance.

CAPRICORN

A relationship from the past will reconnect with you or you will be dealing with past relationship issues. It is time to heal them. Your life force is low so make sure you are taking care of your health and don't let anything go unchecked. A spouse may have unexpected expenses.

Unexpected trips will not bring pleasure or satisfaction. Trust your instincts and don't let overbearing people run your life. There could be issues with your father.

AQUARIUS

You will be frustrated by the new responsibilities you are saddled with. Unexpected and surprising truths are being revealed to you and you aren't sure if you can believe them. Believe them, as the truth will set you free. The spouse will seem overbearing and demanding. Lay low. Take good care of your health and your diet. Avoid sweets.

Work will be pleasant and give you a break from what's going on at home. A budding work place romance could pop up.

PISCES

You are under the spell of Neptune and so you can't see clearly. Get a second opinion from possibly a therapist as your life is transitioning. You are saying good bye to the old in order to make room for the new and there will be frustration around that. Arguments with the spouse will come up so try to get to the real issues. This can help strengthen the relationship.

Take very good care of your health and diet. Children or creative activities will bring you comfort.
